چکیده
This research aimed to evaluate goat milk rich in Omega-3 PUFA from animals fed extruded flaxseed as a raw material produce fermented using beneficial lactobacilli. Experimental milks were produced Lacticaseibacillus paracasei Shirota and two potential probiotic lactobacilli, namely rhamnosus A2 FS109. The goats basal diet without any supplementation (CON) supplemented with 200 g/d of linseed (LIN). All lactobacilli tested grew well both CON LIN milk, reaching high numbers during fermentation. colony count ranged between 8 10 Log CFU/mL, despite slow acidification activity, which occurred especially by L. By contrast, an undesired post-acidification occurred, more pronounced than still highlighted the strong acid-tolerance particular. showed that enriched had no negative effect on viability Lactobacilli. Both values “live cells” throughout cold storage products higher those recommended guarantee quality products, making them consumers’ health.

متن کاملEffects of forage type and extruded linseed supplementation on methane production and milk fatty acid composition of lactating dairy cows.
Replacing dietary grass silage (GS) with maize silage (MS) and dietary fat supplements may reduce milk concentration of specific saturated fatty acids (SFA) and can reduce methane production by dairy cows. The present study investigated the effect of feeding an extruded linseed supplement on milk fatty acid (FA) composition and methane production of lactating dairy cows, and whether basal forag...
